Good Morning All How are you !! We are fine ... actually from one week I did not post any article ....because the same story... busy.... Still ....after dropping my son I finished just little more work of switching on the washing machine and little cleaning of my home...and still not had anything..and what about you ??? I think today is the beginning of the week that is why all we are feeling lazy !! Is not it ??? Every morning I just think why morning stats so early !!! If it would be opposite then I would be soooooo happy !!!! Actually I am a little lazy kind of a person by lying down on the sofa or couch and spending time with  little snacks and my kid and talking with each other and watching movies are the best things I like.. And yes tomorrow is holiday for the 2 nd October...I am so happy to dream for tomorrow's Outing and fun...but yes of course if my husband gets  holiday then half of my day goes on by cooking of diffe...

Hi... Yesterday before I had told you that I would be sharing the method of how to make Kadai Chicken/ Paneer masala(spices )...So today here it is... First you have to dry roast dry red chillies of two,then one tea spoon  hole coriander seeds, Cumin Seeds ,black pepper  and one tea spoon sauf (fennel seeds) and all you have to dry roast in a frying pan without any oil...last when the aroma will be coming add dry kasuri methi ( dry fenugreek leaves) and fry just 5 seconds . When the  aroma of spices will come then switch off the gas...all need to fry the spices in low little medium heat otherwise it can be burnt and the cooking all the spices will be in 2 -3 minutes... Then after cooling down grind it in a mixer grinder but remember it should not be very smooth it will be little crunchy to increase the taste of the dish more so only one second is enough to make a powder of those spices... Now you can save this masala in any c...

This is the time when Southindia get dressed in lights, and fully involved themselves in Puja..really all statue of Ganesha will surprise you by showing their hieght and weight...most of the Ganesha those are getting Puja in pandals are biggest in size ...just you have to move your head in up and down position to see the entire...

We are fine..Do you know that in India now this is the time of so many festivals...now within few days Ganesh Chaturthi is coming and after few days later our big festival Duga Puja will come... Generally it happens during September end or the October when the spring starts...the blue clear sky with lots of white cloud floates on the sky like pure white cotton..and dhaker aoaj ( sound of band) with its own rhythm has been mixed so beautifully with the nature like peacock is dancing in his own joy in rain .This is the very special romantic time for unmarried one ..most of the proposal can be accepted in this time..and the full day still early morning all couple,pair enjoy of visiting pandals and spending time together..but many relationship can be made in this time and goes to end when ma Durga goes to her sasural( husband's house)..it's sometime become infatuation...but it is hilighted that this is the most romantic time f...
