Hello friends
Today I have made Chilli Nutrela and Cottage Cheese recipe so now I am going to share with you.

Actually Nutrela or soya chunk is high source of protein those who has lactose intolerances they can have it .This is the substitute of milk.And paneer or cottage cheese also good source of protein.Actually protein is very important to everyone specially for growing children.Because they have lots more energy so to increase their energy,efficiency more we should give them regular high quality protein diet to build their immunity more stronger.And high quality protein makes their brain more sharper.And normally for bones,heart,slow ageing,muscle building,to lose weight its compulsory to eat.Lets  come to the recipe.
Ingredients- 1: Soya chunk 2: paneer 3: two medium size onions 4: garlic 5: ginger 6: soya sauce 7: chilli sauce 8: tomato sauce 9: little bit chilli powder,pepper powder salt. 10: tomato one 11: little green chillies, ginger,tomato for garnishing.

Step one- first cut onions,garlic,ginger,paneer into cubes and soak the soya chunk in hot salty water for 15 minutes.Then marinate the paneer and Soya chunk with little soya sauce,chill powder and salt.

Step two- heat the pan for few minutes to go the germs and add any vegetable oil or olive oil into the pan.

Step three- frist fry little the Paneer and soya chunk only one minute and keep it aside.

Step three- fry onions, garlic then add ginger and then add three sauce together and wait to separate the oil and add tomato,soya chunk and after boiling give the lid and wait for 10 minutes to soft the chunk.

Step four:  after that add paneer and again give the lid for two minutes after that open the lid and add green chillies and close the gas.Wait for 5 minutes standing time.

Step five- garnish it with ginger slices, tomato slices and green chillies.Enjoy.

Yes if you want to add capsicum you can add that also .I did not have in my fridge that is why not added.But the taste is really good.And I prefer to have it with plain white rice.Because it's already spicy so both rice and this can balanced.But if you like noodles or fried rice with it you can.So enjoy and let me know please please.😊
