How are you...Today I am going to share one Brinjal Recipe which is tasty as well as easy to make..

Eggplant actually work good for everyone except allergic patient,they should be avoided it.It has several health benefits..like good for overall skin,hair,boost immunity,good for heart,strong bones,specially who is suffering insomnia or sleep disorder,constipation,for low blood pressure,sugar,anemia,to fight with deadly disease like Cancer..for all health purpose it a healthy tasty a purple colour cute viggie...

Ingredients- 1: one big brinjal cutted into small pieces 2: one big size onion cutted into small pieces
3: poppy seeds 4: sambar powder/ garam masala powder,chilli powder salt to taste 5: oil

Step one-first take a pan heat the mustard or any kind of oil

Step two- add onions and brinjal together and after mixing it give the lid of it .

It will cook in low flame without any water because brinjal has his own water where it will be cooked

Step three- then after 20 minutes when it will get soft add garam/ sambar masala,chilli powder and salt then again give the lid for 3 minutes.

Step four- then open the lid and add poppy seeds onto it and mix well 1 minute because the taste will be little crunchy types and close the gas and wait for standing time and serve it with hot rice,chapati..
