Hii...All...I am Chandrima..and today I have come to share with you a delicious,healthy recipe with you...so chk this out..
Kidney Beans are very good to boost immunity,prevents cancer, diabetes,asthma,skin disease and so on.It is full of fibre, protein,antioxidants,vitamins .All nutritions are present in this kidney beans but we should take it a small quantity of it not larger amount because too much having can make a big problems for us like indigestion, belly uncomfortable, loose motion.So not only this everything we should eat small quantity of that food to get a good result from them so let's come to the tasty tasty recipe first...
Ingredients- 1: boiled kidney beans or rajma 250 grms 2: onions 3 large 3: ginger,garlic paste 4: tomato 3 big sizes 5: spices like cumin seeds, turmeric,chill, cumin, garam masala powder salt to taste 6: and the last one but not the list is oil 7: coriander leaves,green chillies
Step one- first soak the raw kidney beans in little warm water for minimum 6 hours and after soaking please drain the red water othetwise the taste will go then boil it minimum 6-7 whistles in low flame.
Step two- cut onions, garlic,ginger,tomato to,green chillies and coriander leaves and keep it aside.
Step three- add oil to pan and wait for heating the oil and add cumin seeds in hot oil and fry onions, garlic,then add ginger and few minutes later add tomatoes and close the lid for 7 minutes to soften the tomatoes and then open the lid and add all spices like cumin,chill,garam masala,salt and again close the lit for 5 minutes
Step four- then after opening the lid you can see the oil is coming out then add bolied rajma and mix it then again close the lid for five minutes to properly mix the things.
Step five- then open the lid and add little milk and mix it immediately to not to let form of curd and close the lid for 5 minutes then after five minutes add water according to your choice and close the lid for 10 minutes .
Step six- then lastly add fresh coriander leaves if you have in your freeze and green chillies but I did not had coriander leaves that's why not added only added little garam masala and grern chillies.
The taste gets more tasty if you add mutton keema or chicken keema into it but yesterday I only made it as normal veg ...but mostly my husband likes mutton kidney beans Recipe of mine ...but those two are same tasty ...so please test this recipe at home and share with me your techniques...bye..
