Home Made Sahi Paneer Recipe

After a long time I am going to share one top most Indian tasty royal food which is based on cottage cheese .


In my previous recipes I have already shared what is the health benefits of paneer.So today I am not repeating that.


But one thing can assure it that it's really really tasty a dish which can be surf to guest as a royal food and the impression will increase.So lets come to the recipe first.


Ingredients- 1: 50  grms of paneer,two large onions chopped 2: Ginger garlic paste,green chillies paste 3:Tomatoes 4 large chopped  4: The most important ingredient cashewnuts of 15 to 20, little turmeric powder 5: Little garam masala powder,cumin powder ,chilli powder and all hole garam masala for flavour 6: Butter/ clarified butter/olive oil/vegetable oil or if you are too health conscious then avoid butter or clarified butter add olive oil or any kind of vegetable oil.But believe me the taste is on completely on its creamy texture .7: Fresh cream 8: Curd  9: Little sugar and salt to taste.


Step One- first you have to marinate Cottage cheese with little turmeric , salt, garam masala, chilli powder.


Step Two-- then fry the paneer little and keep it aside.


Step Three- again add ghee or butter and fry all the onions,garlic, cashewnuts,tomatoes, green chillies, lastly ginger.Here I only cutted all did not paste anything . Telling you later why.And here do not fry all the things until brown.Just little fry.


Step Four-- now when it will cooldown then griant it in a mixer and keep it aside.And  hefore keeping it aside you can add curd.Sitr it constantly and keep it aside.


Step Five-- again add some butter in a pan and after heating add all hole spices garam masala.Then add the paste and little garam masala powder,cumin, turmeric ,chilli powder sugar, salt and cook on a low flame till five minutes with the closing lid.

Step Six -- then after opening lid add all paneer and cream .But cream i didn't had in my fridge so I used here milk .

But make sure when adding milk that you have to constantly stir the mixture .And here most important thing I should mention that in most of the restaurants they strain the paste to make it more soft,Buttery but I don't because my recipe is not restaurants copy paste but lastly very tasty, healthy,home made .


So now my awesome royal sahi paneer is ready to surf.You can have it with any kind of chapatis, rice.Choices are yours.Have a nice day with lots more Buttery Recipe and excercise.Bye see you soon.
