Home Made Begali Chicken Curry Recipe

Hello... Friends
What are you doing.Today is Sunday .So what you did? Anything special? In weekend mostly you will notice that I don't post any blog but today I am posting because of my staying at home.Actually in morning I was really busy and not able to write any blog. But now making dal, rice and other vegetables and chicken curry I made in morning itself. So I thought that today is the best day to share a Chicken Recipe for you.

Yes I know that all my audience in India and Out of India all know the Recepie well and can cook better than me after that also I am sharing with you.Because I think that everyone use different different techniques to make thier Recipe and according to that the taste of the food also vary.So I am going to share with you.

Bengali Chicken Recipe
Step one- First you have to clean the chicken first then again clean the chicken by salt because if you do that the germs ,bacteria what ever are there will go and fishy smell also will go.

Step two- you can marinate the chicken with cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder ,salt ,Lemmon turmeric etc.

Step three- you have to cut onions, and garlic and ginger first. Then heat the mastard oil and give bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and cumin seeds(all are hole spices) then fry the onions and garlic then later fry ginger . Don't wait for golden brown.

Step four- take a mixing jar and make a paste of fry ginger, garlic, onions and keep it aside.

Step five- then again heat the oil and fry the paste for few minutes to go raw smell of it.Then add the marinate chicken add mix well and keep the gas in low flame and give a lid on it.For this it will take minimum 1 hour. Then you will see the oil and curry separated .

Step six- then add home made tomato puree .Again wait for 10-15 minutes because tomato has its own water so it should be dry otherwise the actual taste will not come.

Step seven- then add garam masala (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves powder and ghee or clarified butter). Then your children curry ready to serve.Serve it with chapati or rice.

Actually I am rice lover. So mostly I eat rice with chicken curry .My husband likes chapati as well.Actually everyone's taste is different so what ever you like with it you can take.

In south India they mostly take chicken curry with Ragi Mudde (ragi flour). In Kolkata half of population like chapati half rice.It depends. So why you all are waiting for.You also make some delicious chicken curry and share with me.πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰Bye....Good Night... Sweet dream... touch with my website.
Thanks ☺
