Home Made Chilli Fish and Vegetables Fried Rice

How are you.Today I am going to share my this recipe with you.Actually you all know that I had made this recipe for anniversary so today I am sharing with you.

Mainly I have used for chilli fish is basa(pangasius bocourti) boneless fish/fillet which is similar to vetki(barramundi) .More or less taste is same.This fish is good for health.It is rich in Omega3 and calcium.Omega3 is very good for heart and all over mental health.And all the benefits of normal fish are in this fish and you all know that vegetables are very good for all over health that is why I used all the vegeies in rice.And rice is good source of carbohydrates which keeps our body well balanced.So direct go to the recipe.πŸ™‚

Ingredients- 1: three large onions 2: garlic ,ginger chopped according to the quantity of fish,rice 3: two carrot, two capsicum,beans,peas, cauliflower /cabbage.3: soya sauce 4: tomato sauce 5: chill sauce 6: green chillies 7: red chili powder 8: pepper powder,lemmon,salt to taste.9: the main ingredients basa fish and basmati rice 10: corn flour and eggs for marinate.
Step one- first you have to soak the rice minimum 1 hour before cooking.

Step two- clean the fish properly and marinate the fish with ginger garlic paste,soya sauce,salt,lemmon,corn flour,one egg.

Step three- then cut all the vegeies ,onions,garlic and keep it aside.

Step four- then heat the pan add any vegetable oil or olive oil for deep fry.And after heating oil add marinate fish and fry till golden brown to go the fishy smell in low flame.

Step five- in another side cook rice with little salt uoto 70 percent.Then after cooking the rice spread it in a large plate to stop over cooking and cool.

Step six- then keep the fried fish in a bowl seperately and in that oil add ginger garlic paste,soya sauce, chilli sauce,tomato sauce,chill and pepper powder ,salt and after 10 minutes in high flame add those fish and cook ,lastly add capsicum into it for cooking.Capsicum is very soft vegetable so it cooks within a minute.So lastly add it otherwise it will be smashed.

Step seven- lastly add the cutted green chillies into the fish and close the lid for standing time.

Step eight- for fried rice add little oil into the pan and add all vegetables except capsicum.Then add little soya sauce, ginger garlic paste,pepper and chill powder ,salt,lemmon and you can add little water if needed and close the lid for 5 minutes to boil the vegetables,lastly add capsicum for 2 minutes and add rice add little water for to complete the cooking of rice in low flame for 5 minutes or 7.Then add add green chillies on the top and wait for standing time.And serve it with hot.

Actually you would be notice that mostly i use hole green chillies because of my son.He is small that's why not able to eat too much spicy,oily.So if you eat too Chilli you can add that by cutting it and one more thing that instead of using vinegar I use Lemmon because I feel more refresh to it.

I know it is too spicy and oily so how much it's healthy that is in doubt but it's tasty that is for sure.Depending on our good taste of tongue our body gets charged.Because when sometimes we eat tasty food then our tongue send a positive vibration to our brain and Brian send a positive charged, motivated signal to our body.And we feel relaxed, happy,motivated, positive and behave like that.So why waiting for!!!
