Home Made Chickpeas Recipe

Hello Everyone
A very good afternoon to all of you. Before few days ago I had told you that would be sharing my chole masala recipe. So today I am jow going to share. After few days now I really have gotten time to talk to you.So lets start.

You all know that in India chole or Chickpeas is very famous all over bacause in India there are two kinds of people stay one vegetarian and one non vegetarian .So for vegetarians chole or Chickpeas is really a tasty, healthy option to have in any occasion or daily basis . That is why the making procedure  also is very special, different compared to other countries. In my kitchen I generally make it onece in a week and I use mutton or chicken kima into that .But that day I made it totally as a vegetarian dish .

Chickpeas is the meat replacement food ,fortified with all vitamins, minerals and boost again cancer, blood sugar, blood pressure, weight management, heart disease, with high protein in low fat diet .That's is why from kid to elder everyone can have regular this in their diet but in a limited quantity only and not for this for every item.

Ingredients -- 1: two large onions 2: garlic 100 grms ginger 50 grms 3: three large cutted tomatoes, green chillies 4: optional curd  5: all spices like hole cumin seeds and hole garam masala, all powder like cumin, coriander ,chill, turmeric, garam masala powder 6: little sugar and salt to taste 7: mustard oil, and clarified butter.

Here I should mention that when I add chicken or mutton Kima then first you have to marinate that with all spices and after ginger, garlic, onions fries and paste add that Kima and cook in low flame minimum 20 minutes to come out it's original taste then add tomato puree . Cooking with meat is likely little different procedure to make this recipe.

One of my audience was asking me why I always make a paste in curries ?? Actually if I make it in paste then the texture of the curry comes out in smooth ,creamy curry so that you can have it with any thing. Now come direct to the recipe.

Step One- first you have to soak the chole or chickpeas all over the night or if it is not happened then you can soak it in little warm water minimum 5 hours.

Step Two - then add little oil into a pressure cooker and  add   all   hole garam masala spices then add onions, ginger garlic and lastly tomatoes, salt, sugar and after cooling down make a paste of it in mixy.

Step Three - then add all spices which I already mentioned in ingredients and wait to come out the oil and cook all in low flame.

Because cooking in low flame makes the food healthy as well as tasty.Keep trying it.

Step Four- one thing I forgot to mention that when adding all spices then add little curd .

Like in a bowl take little curd and all spices and mix it well and then add into the recipe. Here I prefer not to direct adding the curd into the hot pan or pressure cooker .As a result the curd can be separated .

Step Five- then after cooking your all spices well add the soaked chole or chikpeas and add salt if needed and again wait in low flame untill the oil comes out.

Step Six - then after cooking add water into it and increase the flame of gas to boil and add ghee or clarified butter into it and close the lid of pressure cooker and increase the flame till one whistle then simmer it in low flame and give altogether 3 whistle and the dish is ready .

Garnish it with green chillies and you can have it with lachha paratha or any kind of bread ,chapati or rice. And share your experiences, opinion in comments section below.

Bye have a nice day and one thing I should say that everyday I am seeking that you all audiences are coming from different countries to see whether I have posted any post or not .
