Home Made Spicy Potatoes..

Hello All..
On Saturday i had told you that i would share spicy potatoes recipe and now going to share.

Potatoes is good source of carbohydrate,vitamin B6,vitamin C,fiber,antioxidants,and has more potassium than one banana  and good for Children and thin person.Good to boost immunity system,good for heart, healthy weight gain even no Cholesterol,sodium no fat are there.Little intake of potatoes are Good for everyone.  And one thing is guaranteed that if you serve this recipe to your guests they will compliment you a lot.So Lets come to the recipe.

Ingredients-1:bolied baby potatoes 2: Mustard oil or olive oil 3:all spices like cumin, turmeric, coriander,chill,garam masala powder 4:hole cumin seeds,dry chillies two 5:ginger paste and tomato puree 6: sugar one pinch and salt to taste.7:clarified butter and two or three green chillies.


Step one-first marinate the bolied potatoes with little Chilli,turmeric,salt and keep it aside.

Step two- heat the pan and oil and fry the potatoes and keep it aside.

Step three- then again little oil to the pan and add dry chillies, cumin seeds and add all the spices,tomato puree with little sugar,salt and after boling when the oil will come out then add fried potatoes and cook it in low flame 2 -3 minutes by closing the lid .

Step four- then open the lid and add  garam masala, clarified butter and green chillies and close the lid and close the gas and wait for standing time and serve it with rice or chapati or bread.And enjoy..
