How are you all? We are fine and now going to share fish Kalia Recipe with you .Here you can take Rohu or catla fish for Kalia.

Fish is very good for health.Rohu fish is very good source of calcium,omega3, iron ,zinc ,for all purpose ,all over health,brain development we should take everyday fish in our diet.Not only rohu all fish like salmon,tuna,Catla,basa,any kind of pond or river or sea fishes are good source of protein low fat and sodium and all minerals,vitamins specially A are in fish and our peadiatrician also has recommended to give Rohu fish daily to my son .And one thing i forgot to tell that regular intake of fish can reduce allergies and asthma.So let's come to the recipe.

Ingredients- 1: fish 8 pieces 2: mustard oil 3: all spices cumin, coriander, chilli,garam masala, turmeric powder and garam masala hole, clarified butter 4: tomato one big size or two.5:two big size onions,ginger garlic(garlic amount should be more) paste,green chillies 5:sugar,salt to taste.6: lemmon .

Step one- first marinate the fish with little turmeric, salt,Lemmon and keep it aside.

Step two- then the mustard or any kind of oil in extreme heat like burning otherwise the fish will not be able to fry.I use normal heavy weight kadai to cook no nonstick.Because everyday using of nonstick may cause for diabetes which is newly  proven by scientists.

Step three- anyways next fry all fish in low flame very litely.And keep it aside.

Step four- then add oil again and add hole spices like cumin,garam masala, bay leaf and fry onions,garlic lastly ginger and tomatoes.Then make a paste of these Fry ginger, garlic,onions and tomato and keep it aside.

Step five- then heat the pan and little Oil and add the paste and all spices with little sugar and salt to taste then when the oil will come out add fish and add little water and close the lid .

Step six- when you will open the lid you can see a nice colour of oil is coming out and a nice beautiful essence .After that add little garam masala,green chillies, clarified butter for awesome taste.

So wait 10 minutes and serve hot it with rice or ragi mudde and enjoy bengalies speciality Fish Kalia or Rui macher Kalia.And comment me in the comments section below.Thank you...bye..
