Home Made Cheesy Bread Cutlet

Hello Everyone

How are you ? I am fine.Yes I think you can guess that I will be sharing some dish with you.Yes today I am going to share one snack item which we had in breakfast .That is  cheesy bread cutlet . Believe me the taste was just awesome ,delicious..my husband was saying ' Chandrima do you have one more ?' But today I made only two so  what to do..!!! Ok  now atleast let me tell the recipe dude !!😊

Here you know that white bread is not too healthy and it was deep fried .So if you go for healthy snacks then I should say a big NO.But if you go for taste then I can tell you a big YES.

Because sometimes we should have some tasty food also which may not be that much healthy but it gives us a fabulous taste which is a good signal goes directly to our brain by our tongue so our daily activities runs fast in a energetic , happy way which is indirectly associated with our mental health and this mental satisfaction gives us immense pleasure for our physical health.So lets come to the recipe first.


Ingredients -- 1: boiled potatoes 2: cutted onions two medium size , ginger small slices,garlic little bit 3: cutted green chillies, coriander leaves and the most important thing is Asafoetida little means half tea spoon 4: white bread 5: chill tomato sauce 6: cheese 6: bread crumbs and Oli and salt to taste.

Step One- first mix the cutted onions,garlic,ginger, asafoetida , coriander leaves,green chillies,salt into the boiled potatoes and keep it aside.

Step Two - then take your roller and roll your bead slices to smooth .Here I should mention that I didn't cut the sides of bread because I think every part of food is important to cook.

Step Three -- then take a one tea spoon chilli tomato sauce and spread it over your bread and keep the mixture of potatoes into it and that is also spread all over the bread .

Step Three -- then add more cheese into it for cheesy cutlet and roll the bread and take little water and rub it all over the bread and coating it into the bread crumbs.

Step Five-- then deep fry all the cutlets and serve hot with any kind of salads according to your choice.

Here I served it wilt mustard sauce which is an old love for bengalies.So you also have it with us and let me know by your most valuable,precious comments.
