Today i will share with you a very tasty, unknown dish in West .So let us talk about this.
Jackfruit is a fruit where we can cook it in raw stage and it is very good for overall health like good for heart,low blood pressure,skin,eye care,to boost immunity system,bone health,anemia, asthma,prevention from colon problem like ulcers ,cancers it all are good health benefits from Jackfruit.Because it is full of vitamins A,C,B3,and low sodium no sugar and full of potassium which all are good for everyone except pregnant women and allergic patients.In this time after winter and starting of summer we enjoy this recipe .So let's come to the recipe.
Ingredients- 1:raw baby jackfruit or if not available then raw jackfruit cutted into small pieces of all part except the things those look like brush ,just ignore that part,potatoes cutted into cubes .2: all spices like cumin,coriander,turmeric,chilli, garam masala powder,ginger,mustard oil 3: tomato 4: hole cumin seeds,dry chillies two,hole garam masala.5: clarified butter, sugar, salt to taste.
Step one- Frist wash the raw Jackfruit with salt very nicely to go the raw smell.Then boil it with cubes of potatoes with little turmeric and salt just one whistle and keep it aside.
Step two- heat the pan and heat the oil then add tomato all the spices and little sugar , salt . Inbetween cooking little sugar does not effect on any boiling issue. When the oil will come out add boiled jackfruit and cook for 5 minutes on low flame with lid.
Step three- then after that open the lid and CHK that oil is coming out or not.Then after Oli come out add little water if needed and cook another few minutes and then add green chillies, garam masala powder, clarified butter and close the lid and gas wait for standing time and enjoy this delicious recipe with mainly rice, chapati or bread.
