Yes yes in morning I said that I would be sharing my recipe ..I know for that you are waiting..but what to do..when I say that I am little free that time may God listens and sends me huge work load.. anyways just chill... going to share with lots more enthusiasm and happy mood..lets come to my recipe.

You all know what is the benefits of potatoes..yes it's a totally highly natural carbohydrates with lots more protein,vitamins,minerals..and is very good for everyone except blood sugar patients.Is good for heart,bones, teeth,skin, osteoporosis,blood pressure,cancer.And it is a main, highly recommend vegetables in US.

Those who are facing problem of not gaining weight for their baby they can try it as a remedy.
Here one thing I should mention that here I did not add any garlic, onions.. because here in our India some religion do not take those and believe that it's non veg that's why I cooked that without onions,garlic and expect it will be preferable for all my Begali, Gujarati audiences..so without wasting time lets discuss the recipe first.

Ingredients --1: small  boild  half kg potatoes with two whistle. 2: grated ginger,hole green chillis,4 midium size tomato puree 3: cumin seeds,dry red chillis,coriander,cumin,chilli,garam masala,turmeric powder 4: salt and little sugar 5: mustard oil/ any kind of oil, clarified butter or ghee and last but not in list is milk.



Step One- first marinate all potoes with all spices and fry it in little mustard oil.And keep it aside.

Step Two-- again heat the oil add  dry red chilli one and hole cumin seeds,add all the spices like ginger,turmeric , cumin,coriander,garam masala,salt, sugar ,tomato puree and stir it until the oil comes out .

Step Three-- add all potatoes and stir it for five minutes lastly add milk.

When adding milk please make sure that continuously stirring is very important otherwise the milk will be clot and will not make it creamy.

And everything should be in low flame with closing lid lastly add ghee,garam masala,green chillies and boil it for one minute and close the gas.

Yes it's ready to serve.You can have it with according to your choice but you better know that I am a rice lover so I and my family tasted it with rice only.Enjoy..
