Home Made Spinach Cottage Cheese Recipe

How are you? I am fine.Today I am going to share with you a recipe of spinach cottage cheese ( palak paneer) which is very famous all over the India.And healthy also .

Palak or spinach is good sources of protein,vitamins, minerals and very good for eyesight and everyday having spinach reduces colesterol,reduces the high risk of cancer,high blood pressure,skin disease ,eye problems,mental disorder,anemia ,constipation etc.But those who are taking blood thinner tablets they should not take this vitamins k too much or those who has kidney problem.Other than that a small quantity of spinach having everyday is very good for everyone.Lets come to the recipe.

Ingredients- 1:Oil, two stick spinach 2: cottage cheese 200 gms 3: onions two medium size 4: garlic 7-8 slices 5:one dry chilli, little cumin seeds,chill,pepper powder 6: tomatoes and salt to taste.

Step one- Frist you have to cut onions, garlic, tomatoes and paneer ( cottage cheese) and keep it aside.Clean the spinach very nicely and keep it aside.

Step two- Heat the pan and add any vegetable oil or olive oil and add first a dry chilli and hole cumin seeds then add onions,garlic and tomato.

Step three- After fry add spinach and cook until it is not cooked.Then after that keep it aside for cool.

Step four- Take a mixy and make a thick paste of spinach,onion o, garlic,tomato.

Step five- Then again add oil to the pan and add the thick paste into it then wait to come out the oil then add paneer and little garam masala,pepper and chilli powder,salt into it and close the lid for 5 minutes to soften the paneer because here I didn't fry the paneer.Then close the gas and wait for standing time.Enjoy.

You can have it with rice or chapati or rather bread .So cook it and share with me the different techniques or methods of your cooking.Thanks..
