Home Made Basa(Pangasius) Fish Recipe

Today i am going to share one basa fish recipe.. so lets come to the recipe first.

Basa fish is good in Omega3 fatty acids,low in protein,all vitamins, minerals are included.Eventhogh in US it's banned   to import from Vietnam for the Suspicion  due to mixing heavy chemicals, antibiotics injection in fish for the growth of bigger size and the fish is cultivated in chemical water that is why it's get fully toxins effects...but in India it is cultivated in fresh river water ..so we eat generally but from mall also we eat this imported fish ...still we are healthy and alive ..so onece you can have it don't worry..but try to have it from local fish market..


Ingredients- 1:basa fish  fillets 500 grms 2: ginger garlic paste 3: onions two large 4: tomatoes 3 large ,Lemmon 5: garam masala, turmeric masala ,coriander,cumin powder ,6: hole garam masala like cloves, cinnamon,cardamom,pepper powder and salt to taste and oviously mustard oil or any kind of oil according to your preferences.



Step one-first wash the basa fillets very well and marinate it with salt, turmeric powder,Lemmon and keep it aside.

Step two- then add mustard oil to the pan and fry all the fish and keep it aside then add cumin seeds and all hole garam masala and add cutted onions,garlic and lastly ginger and tomato.

Here I should mention that I always prefer cutted onions,garlic,ginger, tomatoes because after all fry I generally blend it in mixer for thick paste so no need to paste all this in beginning..
So it saves time and energy both.

Step three- then again add oil and add that paste and later on add all powder masala and salt then give the lid and wait for coming out the oil.

Step four- then add all the fish and wait again few minutes by giving lid lastly add little water and garam masala and green chillies and close the lid for 10 minutes and close the gas for as standing time .

Enjoy with 🍚...Rice...and go to deep sleep ..bye.. have a hot spicy summer day..be cool..because I feel sleepy after having rice everyday...so bye
