Home Made Bengali Fish Curry Recipe

Hello friends....
What are you doing?I am sure you are having coffee or tea.But  just now I had finished my lunch because after coming from school I have to feed my son then I have.So it gets late. Today in morning I made normal rice,dal(grams) and vegetables but after dropping my son to school I have cooked a very lite daily fish curry .Which I am going to share with you.
Bengali Daily Fish Curry Recipe

Step one- you have to cut one raw banana,one raw papaya into long slices and little smash ginger, onions very little,one tomato and green chillies .If you have making for your kid then don't cut the chillies , keep it aside.

Step two- first you have to clean the Raghu fish very well then marinate it with turmeric powder,salt,Lemmon.

Step three- heat the pan then add mustard oil and let it hot like burning then fry the fish in low flame and keep it aside after frying.But fry it little not too much.Little fry can make fish smell free.

Step four- heat the pan again and add all the cut vegetables ,onions,tomato and fry then add ginger and let it to go the raw smell of ginger then add coriander,cumin and turmeric,garam masala powder little into it.Add water and one pinch of sugar and salt to taste.

Step five- then add water and let it boil for 15 minutes and lastly add fried fish then give the lid onto it and cook till 10 minutes in low flame.

Step six- lastly add hole green chillies to avoid the fishy smell or coriander leaves .But here I did not add coriander leaves because I have told you that it's a very lite fish curry.And it is like strue.

So I mostly have avoided more spices and chillies which is good for health . Fish Curry is ready and now you can have it with only rice.Because fish only suits with rice only.

Raw banana,raw papaya are very good for those who are facing stomachor gut problems everyday.Raw papaya increase the ability to work of our digestive system and raw banana keeps our stomach or gut well.So keep trying this recipe and let me know.
