Home Made Potatoes Bonda

Hi..Good Morning All
How are you? Today I am going to share one snack item which is very delicious and as well as lite that children also can have it.No spicy and no oily.

Potatoes is a good source of carbohydrate and vitamins A,C and all kind of minerals are there which means the benefits of potatoes already I have discussed in my potato noodles recipe..
So lets come to the recipe first.

Ingredients- 1:boild potatoes 2: green chillies 3: onions 4: besan or gram flour 5: turmeric and little garam masala powder 6: ginger 7:fresh coriander leaves and most important the oil.

Step one- first cut all onions,green chillies,ginger into small thin pieces and boiled the potatoes and keep it aside.

Step two- then mix all the mixture of boiled potatoes,green chillies,ginger, very little turmeric powder,garam masala powder or you can avoid also,gram flour,salt, coriander leaves,water and mix the things properly and make the shape what ever you like..

Step three- then heat the pan and add one or two drops olive oil or any kind of Oil and fry those in a very low flame and avoid by giving lid.

Step four- after cooking one side cook another side of these potatoes bonda and cook in low flame.

Because if we cook any fry in low flame in longer thime it gets very tasty and crunchy.

And cook minimum 45 minutes to cook properly from inside because here we are not doing deep fry so it takes time to cook completely in little oil .And then serve it with any sauce...and any juices or soft drinks...enjoy your weekend by making your own Home Made food for your family with love and passion and fun.
