How To Make Kadai Chicken/ Paneer Masala ( spices)

Hi...

Yesterday before I had told you that I would be sharing the method of how to make Kadai Chicken/ Paneer masala(spices )...So today here it is...

First you have to dry roast dry red chillies of two,then one tea spoon  hole coriander seeds, Cumin Seeds ,black pepper  and one tea spoon sauf (fennel seeds) and all you have to dry roast in a frying pan without any oil...last when the aroma will be coming add dry kasuri methi ( dry fenugreek leaves) and fry just 5 seconds .

When the  aroma of spices will come then switch off the gas...all need to fry the spices in low little medium heat otherwise it can be burnt and the cooking all the spices will be in 2 -3 minutes...

Then after cooling down grind it in a mixer grinder but remember it should not be very smooth it will be little crunchy to increase the taste of the dish more so only one second is enough to make a powder of those spices...

Now you can save this masala in any container for longer use...I generally told you for one month only because the quantity I have told you is perfect for one month...so now in any dish you can add these spices to add extra aroma into your own dish and magic..
