How Varalakshmi Puja Is Celebrated In Southindia Today ?????

How are you ?? We are fine.
Today actually Varalakshmi Puja or Lakshmi Puja here..so here all are celebrating.... because you all know that she is the God of Wealth..Money..Peace.. Prosperity... Success..
From morning onwards so many vendors are coming to sell fruits, vegetables, flowers for Puja...and all prices are very high today..all are expensive... because today is an occasion that's why they will be increasing prices and will be profitable by selling that...it's quite nomal..because in this way also Ma Lakshmi comes in our house... through all these rituals...
Here in south India men have wore white golden border dhoti and women have dressed up in Silk Sari ,flowers in hair and lots more golden jewellery.... because Gold is a part of their tradition and they try to carry this through all these festivals by wearing...it looks just authentic southindians....so beautiful, graceful, traditional, mind blowing their dressed up today...
Mostly all married women observe fast for this Puja and in early morning they weakup and clean all the house and give alpona (Rangoli) outside the house or in entrance of their home...and decorations are made up by so many flowers and lights...in Puja pan patta (betel leaves),fruits,flowers,kumkum(red colour powder essential for puja),kach ka churi( glass bangles).are essential for the puja of Goddess Varalakshmi to seek blessings for the hole family especially for their husbands and children well being.....and makes delicious southindian recipes and desserts...
Today all temples are crowded with people because most of them come to do Puja as well as jatra or beginning of Subha day by doing Puja...
Even in Bangalore all schools ,some offices also are closed due to this festival....and in all the places from purchasing car to regular needs everywhere offers go on ....
And that is why yesterday night I made some veg dishes with desserts...I am only sharing the clicks of those special dishes...and Happy Laxmi Puja to all.... stay blessed, happy, healthy,and wealthy with the blessings of Ma Lakshmi in this auspicious day..
And one request to everyone that you all know in India District Kerala how natural disaster is going on!!! So if possible please provide some economic help to those affected people who have lost all their everything in this disaster,horrible flood...no food,no drinking water,no medicine,no sanitary napkins, no baby food... no milk...no space to live..breath...please help them little by donating your food, clothes,wealth by little sacrificing of your own joy ,celebration, reducing some lights,.This is the real need for doday's Kerala to build again .... your little help can be a biggest help for them to live their lives in this horrible ,devastating condition in Kerala...
From everywhere here all are trying to do and our Indian Airforce, BSF Jawan,Kerala govt and somany private NGO and from all part of India and abroad they are sending help and rescue workers are rescuing people by taking risks on their own lives.....so a big salute to them...all are helping to each other ... helicopters, boats are the the main dependable rescue vehicles now..... and I pray to Ma Lakshmi for them ...God Saves to all...
