How To Keep Glowing Your Skin ????

Today after waking up in morning when I was seeing in the mirror it seemed very fresh,and skin was really glowing..

One thing you have to admit that if your skin looks flawless, glowing,charming,young, spotless then who will not be seen very attractive !!! We all desire and dream a healthy, beautiful skin but there may causes some issues for those we have to suffer lots more .


              Causes For Skin Damage

1: Unhealthy Lifestyle- most of the time we all do like eating too much junk food, eating spicy oily,late night dinner,too much addiction of alcohol, smoking,all time spending time with screen ,avoid vegetables,fruits etc are typically main reasons for damages of your skin.

2: Lack Of Sleep - this is the most a big reason for damages of your skin. We all know that we should be sleep minimum 8 hours .Yes yes I know that in our busy schedules we can't get proper sleep.

Even I also sleep only 4 hours because of my overloaded work.What to do!! But in weekend I try to cover-up the remaining sleep by late wakeup.Eventhough sometimes it also not happen due to my son's early waking up.Actually everything not all in our hand na!!!!

3:Lack Of Your Body Movements - sometimes you have been noticed that after jogging or physical exercise we feel relaxed and our skin glow. Why ???

Because body movements keeps blood circulation all over the body and help to work the functions of all organs .As a result we get fit and fine but lack of movement may damage our skin , entire our body.

4: Using Too Many Cosmetics And Beauty Products-  in our modern lifestyle we always try to keep our skin glowing by using so many products.

Actually if you go market you will get thousand of products to satisfy your needs but actually it works ??

Using several harmful cosmetics and products may a severe cause for skin damaging rather than improving.

5 : Those Always Avoid Sunlight And Dust -- here generally when I go out everyday eighty percent of women I see to be covered up  from up to bottom to avoid sunlight which contains UVA/ UVB  rays and dust .

But my dear friend little exposure of your body in sunlight and dust keep your skin well and chaming because of the presents of vitamin D .Not only vitamin c , vitamins b,c,d all are needed for your skin well.

6: Drinking Less Water - those don't like or drink plain water it may be a serious cause for your skin damage.Because normal water keeps our body cool and keeps us hydrated.If you don't get hydrated then how your skin will glow,soft ???By drinking lots more water our body's s extra unwanted dirt goes through urine and motion so keep drinking water.

7: Stress - in our life all we go through it so being stressed may a cause for skin damaging like dark circles, pathy,dry , wrinkles skin.

                Solutions For Good Glowing Skin

1: Mainntain Your Lifestyle - early rising and early sleeping, eating fresh vegetables,fruits, avoid alcohol,stress etc are the proper solution for healthy living which is associated with your skin.

2: Sleep As Much As You Can -- if 8 hours sleep not possible then when you are getting time get sleep which is the best way to keep your skin healthy,glowing  ,darkspot free a pinkish skin.

7 : Exercise Daily - jogging, exercise,yoga are the healing process to make your skin more younger looking .

8: Use Very Little Skincare Products And Cosmetics - if possible try to avoid cosmetics which is no doubt is a major part for skin ageing,pimples ,dark spots.

Because if you use cosmetics then at night removal process also very long before going to bed , if not possible then just take a little olive oil in a cotton and gently rub your skin for removing the make-up in a circular motion .

But everyday use a branded moisturizer,a 50 spf sunscreen when you will be going outside and if inside then 15 to 20 spf enough.

9:  Avoid Too Much Facial ,Face Pack ..Use Normal Home Made-- if you want any face pack then some tips I can give you

     Home Made Mask And Juices For All Skin Types

1: Use a mask of ripe mangoes all over your face neck ,leave 10-12 minutes to dry and wash it off in a normal tap water.

2: Use a mask of ripe banana and little honey in your face ,neck or needed parts of your body and same way wash it off.

3: Use a mask of malai or home made fresh cream of milk .Just boil the milk and and collect the cream of fresh milk and let to cool it down and apply it all over face,neck or body where needed then clean it off with normal water.

4: If neem leaves(azadirachta indica) are available then make a paste of it and apply all over your face and neck and it will the best efforts who has oily skin and pimples.Same way after leaving 14 minutes just wash it off with normal water.

5 : Cucumber juice and raw potatoes juice are very good for dark circles to go.Apply it for 5-7 minutes in under eye and wash very gently with normal water.

6: Or aloe vera juice you can apply all over your body and cleaning procedure is same above.

7: Coconut oil also very effective for your glowing skin and let to go or lightening the  spots for ever.

8: Even using rose water also gives you all the same effect.Here  you can add some splited rose in the boiling water and let it cool and keep refrigerator in a tight container and apply.


Use less soap or face wash just use try to use face wash onece in a week ..everyday you can wash your face by besan flour ( chickpea flour) or any other lite less harmful facewash.



10: Expose Your Body To Sunlight And Dust - please don't cover up the full up to bottom all the time .It is not good atall for your healthy skin.Sunlight is a essential natural light which keeps us to be fit ,fine,active and keep us well mentally,physically and for skin growth it compulsory to expose your body everyday in sunlight by using ovious sunscreen which will protect you against ultraviolet rays and keep you continuing to get the benefits from sunlight.


11: Drink Lots More Water And Get Stress Less Life -- to hydrate your body drink water minimum 8 glases a day and spend your day by listening music,Reding novel,love stories,inspirational articles and fun.

12: Eat healthy -- before that I already told you and more or less everyone know the healthy eating but make sure some things like ,grains or cereal, 2 fruits,cheese/butter ,any vegetables ,nuts ,curd ,milk,animal protein,are compulsory for everyday's diet means a balance diet from where you will get all kind of vitamins minerals so that you should not find or determine which food is good or bad .

And at last but not in list is my secret ...that is Chocolates... according to me if in everyday's diet you include little chocolates it increases energy levels to everything and presence of cocoa gives you younger looking skin for ever.Try it and comment me in comment section below.


Here some of my gents audiences can ask me what will be the remedies for gents.Actually now a days men also getting involved in these things .So I can suggest that use men cream only what are available in market because men's s skins are totally different from women. But I think that men have the natural beauty so they do not need anything to polish.But women need because we all go through so many ups and downs , work pressure, giving birth of baby  ,so many roles .So little care is needed πŸ™‚.What do you think??
   
In the end I can tell you that I eat everything even junk food also..and can't maintain all these things but one thing I maintain surely that is being happy always..which is unspoken truth for your happy living,life and healthy skin .
