How To Get Rid Of Insomnia ????

Hello All
Today after dropping my son I am feeling very sleepy seems like if I could be slept one hour more..!!!

Now it's not possible  to sleep.Actually it happens .... drowsiness in day time,headache,irritation,anger.  .... when we do not able to sleep properly for not getting enough time or else after getting time also some people not able to fall in sleep in a quick.It is really a serious topic for discussion so lets discuss.

Do you know for insomnia there are several diseases can be devoloped like high blood pressure,high blood sugar,headache,severe pain in somewhere of your body,weight gain or weight loss,cerebral attack,heart disease,chronic anxiety,nervous breakdown ,impulsiveness.etc...ok ok breath breath...I am not giving you tension dude...

 Actually now a days insomnia or sleep disorder has spreaded all over the world.For that main reasons are...     
                       CAUSES OF INSOMNIA

1: Work load --
now a days work pressure has increased for everyone from house wives to working .They can't get enough time for relaxation.Most of the time they are busy by handling both the sides ..home and office and in between they are getting supressed not able to breath that's why insomnia is making a major problem to imbalance their lives.

2: All Time Spending Time With Screen--
here we all most of the time have to spend time in laptop or tablet for compulsion of work or even in relaxing time also we are making mobile or other social media as a choice and getting involved more in screen.That is why our sleep is not placing in order.

3: Having Too Much Medication--
Taking too much medicine is a major factor for growing insomnia.Because we all know that every allopathic medicine has side effects.

4:Over Eating--
sometimes this also may a serious issue for growing insomnia specially who has habits of eating over night.Here I am not an exception.πŸ˜‰

5: Lifestyle--
what we should maintain is a regular routine which will let you in regular sleeping habits but if not happens then insomnia maybe arises.

6: Noisy Sorroundings--
 if your atmosphere is noisy,crowded then it will be difficult to sleep.

7: Eating Too Much Spicy Food At Night-
 If you have at night then it will be a cause for your insomnia.

8:  Eating Unhealthy Food Or  Taking Alcohol--
This may lead you a several disease or insomnia.

9: Less Movement Of Body--
If all time you are laying down on couch / sofa/ bed no physical excercise then sleep disorder can be a normal for you.

10: Stress --
if you are stressed mentally then it will give you insomnia/ sleep disorder.

11: Serious Disease -Or Illness-
Some major disease also lead us in this insomnia but we come to know that later .

If we have some serious illness then insomnia maybe the symtom of that.So kindly check with your Dr.

                   SOLUTIONS OF INSOMNIA

1: Eating Healthy-- eating balance diet with plenty of green leaves ,grams,any cereal , prorein like chicken/ mutton/fish/paneer ,probiotic with calcium like curd should be a perfect meal for dinner or lunch.And in breakfast milk ,fruits, with chapati or bread.

Actually i mean to say that everyday protein, carbohydrates,fiber,calcium,fat,sodium,potassium copper,vitamins,minerals,diet is compulsory which we can get in our regular balanced diet with rice,dal, vegetables,any one kind of non veg item(chicken/mutton/egg or panner),milk,curd... for our body balance animal protein also take a major part to build our muscles,strength,intelligence everything.I generally heavyly depend on animal protein everyday.

But make sure it should be balanced diet to keep away from insomnia.

2: Eat Raw Poppy Seeds(khus khus) Paste And Lots More Mangoes-- if you are facing sleep disorder then everyday having half tea spoon of raw poppy seeds can bring you back in proper pleasant sleeping. And in summer eat lots more mangoes  for deep sleep.

3: Drink Lots More Water-- drinking lots more water keeps our body cool and function well and keeps away insomnia.

4: Keep Your Room Dark-- when going to sleep please keep all the curtains close and keep your room dark so automatically you will be sleepy.

5: Get Out From Stress -- if you have stress then not able to sleep that's why to keep your mind cool listen romantic music or read romantic novels or any other entertaining book.Eat chocolates in day time to keep your mind charged and happy and stressed out.

6: Switch Off All Electronic Devices -- while going for sleep please switch off or silent your all devices for better peaceful sleep and to keep away from insomnia.

7: Avoid Alcohol Or Tea Coffee -- If facing problem then please avoid such these things.

8: Excercise-- keep in mind that excercise is the big solutions for INSOMNIA ATTACK.

9: CHECK With Dr-- if you are facing any other issues along with insomnia then consult Dr because many times have been seen that serious illness may cause for insomnia.

10: Eat Less Medicine-- without cause having too much medicine also may a major cause for insomnia so try to avoid it.

11: Avoid Noisy Surroundings-- while going for sleep avoid all these stuff because no one can be sleep in noisy area .So to avoid that listen music or supress your any finger into the middle of your forehead where we indians generally wear bindi/ sticker till the sleep not comes because it helps us to concentrate in our goal and help us to achieve.It really works for me.

12: Massage-- body massage also is a greatest way to keep you in sleeping order.

13: Maintain Regular Routine- it's very important to maintain routine. Everyone is different so their way of living naturally will be different but make sure that everyday that routine should be the same.Soppose if you are going for sleep around 2 at night then it should be continued because our body can not take too much ups and downs.

14: Avoid Spicy Food At Night-- specially when going to sleep avoid spicy food because it's difficult to digest spicy food at night because at night our body needs relaxing and comfortable eating.

15: Can Take Shower Before Going To Bed -- taking warm shower can make us sleepy and keep away from insomnia.

16: Keep Your Bed Pillow In Comfortable Position-- keeping these properly will give you comfort and relax which will lead you to deep sleep.

17: Expose Your Body In Sunlight -- in day time keeping body in sunlight makes us relaxed and happy for deep sleep.

18: Engage Yourself In Some Responsible Work-- it will give you the mental satisfaction which is also help you to stressed out.

So these are the common factors to keep us in proper sleeping order or keep us away from INSOMNIA.And comment me if I have missed out any other points.

But yes all time maintaining all not possible because we are human not Robot so be cool...and try to maintain few of them ...upon all try to be happy always which is non prescribed medicine for  all disease.
