How Silence Work ?????

There are such few things which should be cover up like how silence work !! It's a vast topic to discuss.Because there are variety of scales are there on which in different different way the scilence work!!!
From personal relationship to office job everywhere it works.Actually most of us here useto of solving problems by soughting,quarrel,or debate or tit for tat way.
But do you know that if the temporary problem may solves by all these stuff but if you think in a longer way then the Silence is the best way to solve everything.
Actually I am talking all these from my own experiences and seeing surrounding of dearest friends,people.
Maybe you are thinking why I am expanding this topic but not discussing anything!!! No dude actually I am in this topic only that's why I should tell you first the benefits of being silent.
According to me it works in personal relationship very well.When we get into trouble or some problems arise between two couple then what ever I say my partner will not going to listen because already he is in off mood so nothing will be going inside his brain ...arrogance , intolerance,anger are the main things for not to convincing him or her instead.
So what is the solution??? The solution is being silent and be unspoken.Because I have realised in 11 years of marriage that if in that crisis time you make yourself cool,silent then the partner also will be silent after few hours and when he will be cool down automatically his anger,ego, intolerance, empathy will come into the bottom line that is ...the problem is solved .
Because when we try to make him convince that he is doing Wong, mistake then the self respect issue comes in his mind first then ego including all emotions but when you will not interfere,interrupt to him or giving any suggestions then the brain stats working what is wrong,right!!!
Maybe you have noticed or not I don't know but I did that is in our past time divorces were rarely happend because the only cause was silence, patience.Our grandma was being silent when she wanted to solve the issue in a clever way.Those time office pressure was also less, people were very fond of family, friends and more tolerant than present life.
But don't think all time old is gold.Because I have seen only few of women who used this technique to convince their men instead of fighting,using cruel worlds and you will be surprised to listen that those men became totally blunt headed or hypnotized by their wives's techniques and did whatever their wives said may be right or worng without judging.
And if you apply this in office politics it works same because there is no doubt that men is men.But if we talk about women I can say you that we never become hypnotized by any foolish techniques ...we think,judge,try to understand sometimes quarrel,fight but I think we have that ability of understanding the depth ,the intensity of situation .
That is why in begining I told you that Silence works in different different way on different different issues.
In office also it woks well rather than protest .If you do work well with lots more effort without protest then the hike,position increases .Because I told you na that silence is the main key for any locked issues.
Just be silent and noticed whatever is going on around you ,and try to solve it in a cool way .And if really it hurts you then talk to your spouse or office directly on that topic .
