How to Get Rid of From Gastric/ Acidity/ Gut problems

Hi All
Today is Sunday and maybe or I am sure that you are all enjoying the day by having food from outside..so it's quite natural that every weekend we do but after having outside food your stomach or belly are always ok???

Sometimes if we even don't have outside food also we face some problems maybe for couple of time or inherited..so depends..actually more or less everyone faces or have faced gastric ,acidity problem in their entire lives so today I have decided to explain how to avoid gastric acidity or gut problems..

How to Get Rid of from Stomach Acidity/ Gastric/ Gut Problems

1: Please avoid certain kind of food which may cause for gastric/ acidity problem.

Like cabbage,cauliflower,beans,milk products except Curd,chocolates,any artificial flavoured sweetner,high fiber food,berries ,softdinks  any kind of sour food like tomatoes,tamarind,lemmon,junk food etc.

2: Try to avoid spicy oily food or if sometimes want to have then eat any antacid  medicine half an hour before the food.


3: Try to have rice based food which is easily digestible like rice roti, plain white rice,idli like that.And in snack you can try puffed rice also to soak gas.

4: Eat Curd which is a really proven benefits for these problems but don't eat in empty stomach because it's already a good bacteria and probiotic so try to have after meal everyday and make it compulsion within your diet.

5: Eat boiled raw papaya and fish with your meal everyday which is natural remedy for gut problems.

6:Try to burn your excess fat if you have .Because those who have more fat can face the problems more compared to slim one.Because their extra calories give pressure to their belly and stands as an obstruction .So jogging, exercise can help us to reduce fat.

7: Eat little raw ginger after meal which helps to reduce gas acidity as well as burns calories.


8: Avoid overthinking  of achievement and inachievements which would be main cause to lead you in frustration.Because this is the life where anything can happen aby time so take it easy and happy.

9: Don't eat full because if you eat full then there is no space to digest so eat 85 percent of your hunger.

10: Don't skip your food because empty stomach can lead these problems.

11: Try to have every two hours a little amount like biscuits, snacks.

12: Try to have your food in a particular time everday.

13: Eat balance diet.

14: Drink lots more water to clear your motion because constipation is the main reason for this gut problem.And soaked peanut,Chana , dates can clear our motion as well.So try it in morning in empty stomach.

15: Sleep properly.How much time you are getting try to sleep deeply .

16: Try to do yoga or meditation everyday which will keep you body and mind cool ,refresh and will keep away your gut problems.


There are still many solutions are there but I have discussed few of them which are the main .If these also we can be able to follow maybe we can be far away from these gut problems.

More or less little off bit life everybody does..and little eating junk food ,late night dinner,party are quite natural, expected in weekend but still few of things like raw papaya, curd ,fish,rice,plenty of water everyday we take with our food then we can be far away from stomach ache/gut problems.
