Hi..All
A very good morning to all.Summer Vacation has started and my kid is enjoying very much with his tablet and spending his days by playing..drawing.. going out with us...or watching ghost stories...and acting like them...

He is quite in Masti mood or bindass...I am recalling about kolkata...my birth place and recalling of a big attraction of "SALE" which is happen in this time called..."Chaitra Sale"..where in Bengali cuisine it's the end of chaitra mas(Summer end of March)and starting of Boishakh Mas or "Pohela Boishakh"(New Year of bengalies). .mostly it is celebrated on 14 April as a Pohela Boishakh or new year and on that day everyone do Puja and from small baby to old man everyone has  dressed up in new clothes and visit relatives and neighbours house by a big Handi of Rosogolla ...a creation of bengalies speciality "Rosogolla" which is famous all over india and abroad also.Actually not in West bengal in every part of India different languages have different different new year called ...Ugadi (kannada  New Year),Pongal(Tamil New Year),Gudipadwa(Marathi New Year),Baisakhi(Punjabi New Year),Bohag Bihu(Assamese New Year),Pohela Boishakh ( Bengalies New Year),Besru Varas(Gujarati New Year),Vishu (Malayalam New Year),Losoong (sikkimese new year),Navreh(Kashmiri new year),Hijri (Islamic new year)...these all new year celebrated according to hindu calendar depending on moon's phases...and all new year are beginning of new and memories of old year to expect better life lead in coming year by celebrating prayer or bursting crackers and seweets, cooking special dishes, wearing new fashionable clothes, going trip....joy... happiness ..in this way we celebrate our indian new year...

I can tell you the details of Bengalies New Year bexause I am itself a Bengali..and in this time every year I go to kolkata and celebrate our new year with our relatives, parents...

Slill I can recall previous year only I went to Kolkata and me and my didi (sis) just had shopping in the New Market ,Gariahat ,every corner of south kolkata ...the full three days and had outside food and did full Masti by purchasing different kind of clothes in road side   stall ate really good material ...and can get 70 percent off for sale which is famous this time in westbengal or Kolkata...from electronic goods to stationary goods, clothes everywhere sale and sale...uff really this year I am missing a lot ...and shop also with by best friend Sriporna and my mom and relatives...my son purchase two three big sizes of bags of toys those he can't carry because those weight get more than my son 😁😁😁😁

This year I told you that I would go kolkata but still not sure because for some urgent work still I am here and will share with you later ...

Here also every weekend I purchase a lot but Kolkata is kolkata...road side sale, calling "didi" from vendors, eating Pani Puri with lots more green chillies, egg rool, when get sweating that time having an ice-cream and waiting for crowded bus or taxi, bargaining , sitting in Dakhinappan and looking at the beautiful dresses and quickly buying salwar without necessity and chatting with friends..all I am missing a lot...

Let's see when I can go to kolkata...o one thing I forgot to mention that in this occasion every mothers cook different varieties of sweets,foods..and my mother also not an exceptional of it. .and miss my mother's tasty dal, tarkari(vegetables),sakh(spinach or leafy vegetables with poppy seeds),macher jhol(fish Curry),payesh(Sweet) are amazing...world's best tasty recipes I ever had anywhere...no comparison with anyone or anything..and every food turned into a magic in my mom's hand...

Afterall mom is mom...of God's great creation... which I believe that ....so Subho Pohela Boishakh ( Happy  Sweety New Year) to all my indians and foreigners friends..be happy...stay blessed ...and contribute little of your belongings or money to poor people those are really needed to build a happy society...bye...see you soon...
