How to Lose Weight in a good way

Hi.. Good Morning All
Today is Monday and in morning only I have started to write.Here is a few of simple things that was worried me yesterday by seeking one guy was breathing so fast after using the staircase not the lift.He was terribly sweating and not able to stand for shopping...his age was around 30... And really that guy was really so fatty that is why not able to move properly.


By seeking that today I have decided to tell my experiences regarding how to lose weight  in a good way to be active ,healthy,as well as charming.beautiful... because we all know that extrim over weight or fat causes heart attack, osteoporosis,joints pain,blood sugar and many more illness included..so be active,fit, slim by mentaining few of tips..

I know if you go to dr and dietitian or any website you can able to collect all information how to lose weight.But there are several dos and don'ts to mentain is really tough in daily basis specially who are foodie or enjoy their fatty meal.

Even in several of my articles I have told also that i personally everyday consume a big protein as well as fat but there is a big But factors...I have a kid and so many uncountable work i have to do hole a day that is why everytime you will see me that I am either running or walking fast which is the main factor to reduce fat in faster way.

Here are few tipes I had followed especially when my baby born...

Eat Healthy or Balance Diet-
Here most of the people do mistake to lose weight by starving or fasting which can cause to make us watery fatty.Means like hollow from Inside it's blank outside fat.So eat a limited quantity of protein with vegetables and fruits with low intake  carbohydrate or carb .And curd is essential in the meal end bacause it reduces fat or burns fat as fast as it can in healthy way.And please avoid junk food all the time .Proper healthy diet let to work our metabolism well which not overcome the calories well.

Lift Heavy Weight- Here I can say after my pregnancy I had to lift my baby along with other heavy lifting  work that increased my muscles and waist thin.Lifting heavy weight can made our body in shape.

Drink lukewarm Water with Lemmon-
In morning drinking this water in empty stomach burns the unwanted calories.But if you are facing acidity problem then please avoid this part.

Eat less Sweet- Try to have less sweet because consumtion of sweets can cause to build calories.

Don't Skip Food- Those regularly skip their food  are often  get more fatty than those who don't.

Don't Eat Full - Always eat 85 percent of your hunger and give the place your body to work well.Because having full tight or 100 percent can cause for a big trouble.

Walking- Everyday minimum 2 km walking is compulsory  specially who wants to lose weight.

Excercise or Playing Games-- Do excercise or any type of outdoor games like football,cricket,badminton,or any physical excercise like jogging or running,cycling ,sweeming ..any work for what you can be sweat.

Improve Mood-- If sometimes we feel like bore or frustrated then try to change that by any work which can change your mood easily it may be listening music,watching movie or sometimes eating chocolates.
Because happiness is the key feature of being slim.

Try to Help Your Partner in House Hold Work- Eventhough most of the indian men are rare in this particular factor.Anyways if you can help her then it will be good for everything ,from losing weight to mental satisfaction.

Eat Less Fat-- Eating too much butter, clarified butter,cheese,oil are the main factors to become fatty so try to eat less fat.

Eventough I don't prefer one two drops oil.I generally cook in minimum quantity of mustard oil everyday and consume my favourite butter and cheese as well as chocolates.

Don't Sleep After Meal-- Most of us generally sleep or take nap after heavy meal.But seriously please try to avoid specially this step those want to lose weight.

Avoid Supplements-- When you are in diet most of us eats supplements to balance but regularly having these can cause a serious health issues.
.
I know gueys these all can't be maintained so easily so take it easy and if you can't follow all these it is okay ..but please do excercise or any physical work . Actually healing our body is compulsory.

Because after having all unhealthy food and unhealthy lifestyle I am  fit and slim because walking and 3 years of feeding to my baby made me really slim.

Those are Mother here one request to them is please breast feed your baby minimum 2 years which  not only burns a mother's callories as well as good for both mother and baby.

So what you are thinking ...ok ok...try to avoid little but enjoy your life as well...sometimes we all wish to have pizza,burger, noodles ,french fries ,chocolates,icecream etc in weekend...so enjoy and fun with little worry ,excercise and walking.Stay healthy,happy and let your family be  happy.
