How It Is A Happy Cheesy Saturday... with lots more fat..????

Hello All..
Today is Saturday and what is your plan for weekend.I have so many work to do.Still i was watching my favourite youtubers show to charge me more and continuing work.

In morning today i had Musli and milk and my son had dal ,rice, vegetables.And in snack he had biscuits and fruits and i some American style cream and onion lays chips which is my favourite and only cheese slices which i love to eat most without any bread or anything else.I tear the cheese slice and eat.Soo yummy and tasty...

Now again going to kitchen for lunch.So till then bye..coming back soon...

Before that want to tell that do you love cheese,butter like me??
Because in every where i love butter and cheese .When i cook hot rice there i must want a big cube of butter and with any kind of bread or burger i eat cheese lots more.

More people said that these contains high level of cholesterol and fat so should not eat more.Yes few of are true but not the full.

Because now a days we are becoming too much  heath conscious for that we are skiping our food or taking it less amount .No yaar.....i am not that type of a person ...i eat what i love..and everyday i take too much calories than anyone...but nobodies says that... because the only one reason is i do physical work too much,walk 2 km everyday and upto 3 years i  had feed breast milk to my son.So that helped me a lot to decrease my weight after pregnancy.

Because when a baby drinks mother's milk it is good for baby and mother both for future.And in that milk so much nutrition,fat are there to develop your baby's healthy weight gain and keeps your child away from any disease and allergies and keeps mother any types of cancer away.

So only going to Gym is not actual fitness formula for anyone.If we follow some few of steps then we also become slim after pregnancy also.And can enjoy our delicious food without worrying.Do you know that if we eat regular balanced diet then it helps us in proper working of our metabolism which keeps us becoming slim as it is.

Because my mother ,dr all had suggested me like that which helped me a lot to decrease my weight after pregnancy.

Do not think i not eat.I eat more than my husband.Every hour i prefer to eat small small amount of meal .It maybe chocolates,maybe chips,or fruits or drinks whatever i like.

I am not atall health and beauty conscious.And little fat like cheese,butter, clarified butter all are good and keep us more younger than our present age.

I believe that good food which contains little fat are good for our glowing skin .

There is no need of using  all remedies and soo much cream.Physical work or exercise,and eating good food whatever you like, enjoyment are more important to keep us healthy ,becautiful and younger than anything else.
